Willamette Speedway would host some great Kart racing on Friday September 11th to open the race weekend up. Teams from all over the state of Oregon as well as Washington and Nevada would be on hand.

Albany's Eric Scofield would get the job done in the Open Kage main event. Scofield, piloting his Scofield's Karts & Parts/Human Bean Coffee/Lassen RV #37 QRC Area51, would make the pass on lap four and stayed there the rest of the distance. It would be Scofield's third win of 2015.

Grasen Ternora, from Reno, Nevada, was able to blaze the trail in the 250cc race. Ternora inherited the position on lap thirteen after the early race leader slowed to a halt. It was the first win for Ternora, in the ITS Logistics/Small Rev's Racing Engines/Oroville Cycle #50 RFC, and his team.

After a bit of an absence from victory lane Lebanon's Kyle Roles found his way back. Roles would lead every single lap in his Knothole Market/Bunce Equipment/Big Sky Landscaping/James Gang Pizza #02 SGC. It was Role's fifth triumph of the campaign and his first win since August 1st.

Lebanon native Carter Patterson would lead every single lap of the 5HP Open main event in his King Office Equipment/WaterToGo/James Gang Pizza #47 QRC for his seventh victory. Reno, Nevada driver Jensen Ternora would be victorious in the 5HP Intermediate main in his ITS Logistics/Small Rev's Racing Engines/Oroville Cycle #1J entry. The Bean Hopper Coffee Shop/Jacob Daniels Attorney at Law/Advocare #88K QRC of Creswell's Kasey Simmons earned his third win of 2015 in the Pee Wees after the leaders together on the last lap.

Willamette Speedway has just one Kart race remaining in 2015. Their championship night is Friday September 25th. For the latest new and information log on to www.trophymotorsports.com.
