Brian Cronk Sweeps Big Sky Landscaping IMCA Stock Car Series Willamette Weekend With Saturday Win

Lebanon, Oregon- The Big Sky Landscaping IMCA Stock Car Series were on hand for the second straight night at Willamette Speedway. The Saturday, August 31st bout marked the seventh race of 2019 at the famed 1/3-mile clay oval.
Brian Cronk once again bested the field for his second win of the weekend and his third straight series triumph at Willamette. The Portland gasser now has the most wins with series after picking up the victory. Kevin Roberts, of Gresham, posted a runner-up finish over Lafayette veteran Sean Gentry, in third. Vancouver, Washington’s Arnie Case got fourth while Dakota Godard, from Albany, was credited with fifth.
In earlier competition, Brian Cronk was quickest in time trials. Kevin Roberts won the lone heat race, and Brian Cronk tasted success in the trophy dash.
The Big Sky Landscaping IMCA Stock Car Series will take next weekend off before they return for the final points race of the inaugural campaign. Saturday, September 14th will have the tour travel to Sunset Speedway Park in Banks.
