Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway will get back to racing on Saturday September 7th on the historic 1/3-mile clay oval. Classes that will be providing non-stop action will include DIRTcar Super Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Super Sports, and Sportsman.

Pit gates will open at 1:00 PM, front gates 3:30 PM, and racing should be getting started around 6:00 PM. Admission prices are Adults $14.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $12.00, Youths (12 and Under) $6.00, Family Pass (Two Adults and Up To Four Youths) $35.00, and Pit Passes are $25.00.

Trevor Glaser looks to pile on more victories to his already impressive eleven win season in the DIRTcar Super Late Models. Russ Sell remains the only multi-race winner with his two triumphs while three drivers have won once. Those chauffeurs include Joey Tanner, Jeremy Shank, and John Duty.

Craig Cassell and Monte Bischoff enter Saturday evening tied for most IMCA Modified wins during the current campaign at three apiece. Cassell has captured three point victories while Bischoff has two point triumphs and a non-point win last Tuesday during the Outlaw show. Joey Tanner has been victorious on two occasions in the Mods with Brett James, Jeffrey Rivers, Kyle Yeack, Dustin Dittman, Brody Pompe, Mark Wauge, Mark Carrell, Jesse Williamson, and Alex Stanford all winning just once.

Gill Pickett currently leads the Super Sport division as far as wins go while Steve Moore and Pickett’s teammate Bob Jeffrey have twice visited the winner’s circle. Randy Barley, Clay Debban, Danny Altom, Brian Smith, Dennis Archer, and Mike Betker have all captured one feature win.

Brian Smith continues to lead the Sportsman ranks in the main event victories with four trips to victory lane. Ron Berry and Todd Miller have posted three feature wins while Brian Goetz has won twice. Drivers that have just a single victory to their credit include Clyde Rood, Phil Housworth, Brian Brown, Jeff Marson, and Brian Winkler.

The Willamette Speedway has operated since the 1960’s and is a facility where high car counts and great racing are the norm. The venue will hosts weekly action comprising of DIRTcar Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Sportsman, Super Sports, Street Stocks, and Mini Trucks.
