Fast Friday, Sprint Cars, Midgets, Tuff Trucks, And More This Weekend At Willamette; Three Events In Three Days

Lebanon, Oregon- This weekend Willamette Speedway will have three straight days of action over Father’s Day Weekend. Things all kick off on Friday, June 14th, for Fast Friday with a $7.00 General Admission special. Then Saturday, the 15th, things will heat up with the first appearance of the year for the Interstate Sprint Car Series, Northwest Focus Midget Series, and Dwarf Cars. Sunday, the 16th, will cap the whole spree with the always exciting Father’s Day Tuff Truck & Trash Car Show as well as the Valley Wide UTV Shootout Series on the bill. To top it all off fathers will receive an amazing gift on Sunday.
Classes on Friday include Karts, Street Stocks, and Hornets. Saturday’s card will feature the aforementioned ISCS Sprints, Midgets, and Dwarfs as well as the Street Stocks. A great car count is expected for both nights on the 1/3-mile clay oval.
General Admission for Friday is only $7.00, Youths (6-12) $5.00, and Kids (5 or Under) FREE with Front Gates opening at 4:30 PM Racing starting at 6:00. On Saturday tickets are $14.00 for Adults, Seniors (62+)/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00, Youths (6-12) $5.00, and Kids (5 or Under) FREE. A Family Pass (2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) is offered for $35.00 while Pit Passes are $30.00 each. Pit Gates open at 1:00, Front Gates 3:30, and Racing at 5:00. On Sunday Front Gates open at 11:00 AM and the Show starts at 1:00 PM. Sunday tickets are tickets are $14.00 for Adults, Seniors (62+)/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00, Youths (6-12) $5.00, and Kids (5 or Under) FREE. In 2019, the Street Stocks have witnessed Justin Evans win the lion’s share of the races placing first in three out of the six races. McKenzie Lockhart, Kelly McDonald, and Kevin Roberts are the three drivers to have bested the field just once this season. For the Hornets it’s been the Eddie Farness show. Farness has accrued four wins in the six total appearances of the division. Graig Osborne and Ed Farness both have one triumph to their credit.
